each baking soda and salt

sugar

oil

Tbsp vinegar

tsp
vanilla essence

water
Instructions
Line the bottom of a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Lightly butter and flour sides of tin.
Measure the first six ingredients and sift in a fairly large bowl.
Add the sugar and toss to mix in with the other ingredients.
Measure the oil and add to the dry ingredients without stirring in.
Add the vinegar, vanilla and water and stir well with a fork.
