Ingredients
- 750 g stewing steak cubed
- 4 large potatoes medium diced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 onion diced
- 4 portabello mushrooms diced
- 1 cup frozen peas & corn
- 2 cups ]frozen brocolli & cauliflower florets
- 1 can watties garlic pasta sauce
- 1 packet maggi italian mince and vegetables
- 3 1/2 cups water or salt reduced beef stock

Instructions
- Put diced potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
- Put cubed beef on top of potatoes.
- Put all veges on top of beef.
- Mix Watties pasta sauce, Water and Maggi italian mince & vegetables packet together and pour over the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Set the crock pot to high and leave covered until potatoes are well cooked.
- Add more water if needed.
- Stir well before serving.
